REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be electronically mailed to secretariado@factorchave.pt.
Cancellations received until and including 01 September, 2026 > 75% will be refunded, less 10% of administrative expenses.
From 02 September, 2026 > no refund will be made (only name changing will be allowed).
