Registration cancellation policy
All cancellations must be electronically mailed to secretariado@factorchave.pt.
Cancellations received until and including 25 May, 2026 – 75% will be refunded, less 10% of administrative expenses.
From 26 May, 2026 – no refund will be made (only name changing will be allowed).
