Registration cancellation policy
All cancellations must be emailed to secretariado@factorchave.pt.
Cancellations received until and including 8 October, 2025 – 75% will be refunded, less 10% of administrative expenses.
From 9 October August, 2025 – no refund will be made (only name changing will be allowed).
