Registration cancellation policy
All cancellations must be electronically mailed to secretariado@factorchave.pt.
Cancellations received until and including 26 August, 2025 – 75% will be refunded, less 10% of administrative expenses.
From 27 August, 2025 – no refund will be made (only name changing will be allowed).
