Cancellation policy:
Cancellation requests must be sent by the last day of registration to the e-mail: Registration. The amount previously paid will be refund in full.
After 7 February 2025, refund will only be made with a valid justification.
If the workshop does not take place for reasons for which the organisation is responsible, the amount previously paid will be refunded in full.
Important notes:
Participants will be accepted in order of registration and priority will be given to doctoral students.
Registration is limited to 20 participants.
Participants must bring their laptops.
